Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 250 g champignon mushrooms
- 160 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
Chop the onions and sweat them in the hot oil until translucent.
Clean and slice the mushrooms, then add them to the onions and fry them together for a few minutes, until the water from the mushrooms is reduced.
When the water has evaporated, add a teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste and the ground garlic and let simmer together.
In the end, add the sour cream and let the stew simmer on medium heat until it thickens.
When it is done, make spätzle (nokedli) and serve the creamy mushroom stew on top.
