Not only succulent meats can be in the spotlight in the grilling season. Grill your favourite mushrooms and spice things up with this garlic and lemon sauce for some extra flavour.
- 450 g champignon mushrooms
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- a pinch of pepper
Remove the stems of the mushrooms and clean the caps.
For the sauce, finely chop the garlic and parsley, then mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and pepper.
Coat the mushrooms with the sauce, then grill them for 5-7 minutes per side until done, brushing some sauce on from time to time.
