    Az egyes gombafajokban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 toxinok m\u00e1s-m\u00e1s mennyis\u00e9gben vannak jelen, ugyanakkor minden \u00e9l\u0151l\u00e9ny szervezete m\u00e1sk\u00e9pp reag\u00e1lhat ezekre az anyagokra. \u00cdgy lehets\u00e9ges, hogy a csiga megr\u00e1gja a m\u00e9rges gomb\u00e1t vagy ak\u00e1r m\u00e1s \u00e1llat elfogyasztja, az nem jelenti, hogy az adott gomba emberi fogyaszt\u00e1sra alkalmas. Sok esetben egyes \u00e1llatok el tudj\u00e1k fogyasztani az ember eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00e9re n\u00e9zve legvesz\u00e9lyesebb gomb\u00e1kat is, amilyen p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a gyilkos gal\u00f3ca.<\/p>\n

    Soha ne b\u00edzzunk abban, hogy ha egy gomba \u00e1llatra n\u00e9zve nem vesz\u00e9lyes, akkor azt ember is megeheti![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]2. A m\u00e9rgez\u0151 gomb\u00e1k h\u00fasa s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9sre elsz\u00ednez\u0151dik<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Vannak olyan gombafajok, amelyekn\u00e9l t\u00f6r\u00e9s, v\u00e1g\u00e1s vagy b\u00e1rmilyen s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9s hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra az \u00e9rintett fel\u00fclet elsz\u00ednez\u0151dik, de vannak olyan gombafajok is, amelyekn\u00e9l ez nem fordul el\u0151. Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1, ez egy\u00e1ltal\u00e1n nem csak a m\u00e9rgez\u0151 gomb\u00e1k eset\u00e9ben \u00e1ll fenn, hiszen sz\u00e1mos ehet\u0151 gomba elsz\u00ednez\u0151dhet, m\u00edg vannak olyan m\u00e9rgez\u0151 gomb\u00e1k, amelyen nem l\u00e9p fel v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n

    P\u00e9ld\u00e1nak ok\u00e1\u00e9rt, az ehet\u0151 csiperkegomb\u00e1k h\u00fasa lassan elv\u00f6r\u00f6s\u00f6dik, m\u00edg a m\u00e9rgez\u0151, kellemetlen \u00edz\u0171, karbolszag\u00fa csiperke h\u00fasa s\u00e1rgul. A csiperkefajok eset\u00e9n a s\u00e1rgul\u00e1s csak akkor vesz\u00e9lyes, ha kellemetlen, vegyszerhez hasonl\u00f3 szaggal p\u00e1rosul, hiszen az erd\u0151sz\u00e9li csiperke is megs\u00e1rgul, de kellemes illata van \u00e9s kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 ehet\u0151 gomba. Ezzel ellent\u00e9tben a gyilkos gal\u00f3ca h\u00fasa minden k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9ny k\u00f6z\u00f6tt feh\u00e9r marad.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]3. F\u0151z\u00e9s hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra elbomlik a m\u00e9reganyag<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Sz\u00e1mos olyan ehet\u0151 gombafaj l\u00e9tezik, amely nyersen ugyan m\u00e9rgez\u0151, de alapos s\u00fct\u00e9s vagy f\u0151z\u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben fogyaszthat\u00f3. Azonban sok m\u00e9reganyag ellen\u00e1ll a h\u0151kezel\u00e9snek, ez\u00e9rt az egyes m\u00e9rgez\u0151 gomb\u00e1k m\u00e9g alapos f\u0151z\u00e9s ut\u00e1n sem ehet\u0151ek.<\/p>\n

    Nem aj\u00e1nlott a f\u0151z\u0151v\u00edz t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6ri cser\u00e9j\u00e9vel pr\u00f3b\u00e1lkozni a gomba m\u00e9regtelen\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel, mivel m\u00e9g \u00edgy is okozhat m\u00e9rgez\u00e9st, hiszen gomb\u00e1nk\u00e9nt elt\u00e9r\u0151 lehet a toxint\u00edpus \u00e9s -tartalom.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]4.     Gombaszed\u00e9skor a gomba szag\u00e1ra hagyatkozni nem biztons\u00e1gos, ugyanis bizonyos gomb\u00e1knak val\u00f3ban annyira kellemetlen a szaga, hogy esz\u00fcnkbe nem jutna elfogyasztani \u0151ket. Ilyen p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a karbolszag\u00fa csiperke, ami egyben kellemetlen szag\u00fa \u00e9s m\u00e9rgez\u0151 is.     Azt mondj\u00e1k, hogy a l\u00e9gy\u00f6l\u0151 gal\u00f3c\u00e1nak kellemes, de cs\u00edp\u0151s \u00edze van, de az\u00e9rt nem \u00e9rdemes k\u00eds\u00e9rletezgetni vele. Ugyanakkor nem minden cs\u00edp\u0151s \u00edz\u0171 gomba m\u00e9rgez\u0151.     Tal\u00e1n a legjobban ismert m\u00e9rgez\u0151 gomba a l\u00e9gy\u00f6l\u0151 gal\u00f3ca, amelyet rajzfilmekt\u0151l fot\u00f3kig mindenki felismerne piros vagy barna alapon feh\u00e9r p\u00f6tty\u00f6s kalapj\u00e1r\u00f3l, viszont nem \u0151 a legm\u00e9rgez\u0151bb. A gyilkos gal\u00f3ca p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul nem egy p\u00f6tty\u00f6s gomba, m\u00e9gis az eddigi tapasztalatok szerint sokkal vesz\u00e9lyesebb.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]6. A m\u00e9rges gomb\u00e1t\u00f3l elfeketedik az ez\u00fcstkan\u00e1l<\/strong><\/p>\n
