Alapvet\u0151en olyan \u00e9lelmiszerek fogyaszt\u00e1s\u00e1n alapul, amelyek a F\u00f6ldk\u00f6zi-tengerrel hat\u00e1ros orsz\u00e1gokban megteremnek \u00e9s\/vagy k\u00f6nnyen el\u00e9rhet\u0151k.
