{"id":958,"date":"2021-11-16T14:40:57","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T12:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/?p=958"},"modified":"2021-11-16T14:40:57","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T12:40:57","slug":"vegetarian-stuffed-cabbage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/vegetarian-stuffed-cabbage\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegetarian stuffed cabbage"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row el_class=&#8221;separator&#8221;][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;55&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Stuffed cabbage can\u2019t be left out of the traditional Christmas menu, that\u2019s why we\u2019ve brought you a recipe for meatless stuffed cabbage with mushrooms. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;ingredients-block&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 sour cabbages<\/li>\n<li>500 g champignon mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>200 ml rice<\/li>\n<li>1 celery<\/li>\n<li>2 carrots<\/li>\n<li>1 yellow onion<\/li>\n<li>150 ml tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>60 ml oil<\/li>\n<li>1 handful of dill<\/li>\n<li>1 handful of savory<\/li>\n<li>bay leaves, salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finely chop the onion, add oil to a pan and sweat it.<\/p>\n<p>Grate the carrots and celery on the smaller part of the grater and add to the onion. Cook over a low heat, stirring a few times.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the cleaned mushrooms, add to the pan and season. Stir and cook the vegetables with the mushrooms. After 4-5 minutes, remove from the heat, add the washed rice, a little chopped cabbage and stir.<\/p>\n<p>Cut out the hard rib of each cabbage leaf. Chop a few leaves, pour oil in the bottom of the oven dish (Roman clay dish), add the chopped cabbage, then the sliced mushrooms and season.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon the cooled stuffing into the leaves, fold and place on the mushrooms. Top with sliced mushrooms and chopped cabbage.
