Even if you don\u2019t make it on weekdays, when everyone is in a rush, it\u2019s a perfect choice for a weekend breakfast, when the entire family sits at the table.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;ingredients-block&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 slices of bread<\/li>\n<li>3-4 champignon mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>canned beans (with tomato or just cooked)<\/li>\n<li>1-2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 large tomato<\/li>\n<li>2 English sausages (or any other kind)<\/li>\n<li>2 slices bacon<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 220\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>In a pan, fry the sausages on each side, for approximately 5 minutes, then transfer to an oven dish. Make a cut on the lower part of the tomato and put it in the dish next to the sausages. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the oven, but leave the dish inside to keep the sausages and the tomato warm.<\/p>\n<p>Clean and slice the mushrooms, or leave them whole if they are small. Put half of the butter in the pan to melt, then fry the mushrooms and the bacon.
