Drain and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dice the mushrooms and saut\u00e9 in coconut oil with the finely chopped onion, sliced garlic and thyme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When everything is thoroughly browned, add the smoked paprika, starch, soy sauce and pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the whole mixture in a blender with the cooked lentils and blend until creamy.
