Layers of spicy, tomatoey mushroom stew, creamy sour cream and crispy fried cheese make an irresistible combination.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;ingredients-block&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tbsp cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 heads of onion (130 g\/head)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 cloves of garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tomatoes (120 g\/each)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp of pritamin paprika cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp of paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp of cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt, pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">600 g of champignon mushrooms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml of red wine<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml of water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 g of penne<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 g of sour cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120 g of Parmesan or Mozzarella<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and diced tomatoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the concentrated tomato paste, the pritamin paprika cream, the spices, salt and pepper, then stir in the sliced mushrooms and fry for 10-12 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the wine and cook over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
