This soup is a perfect choice for warm summer days when you crave a comforting and nourishing meal.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;ingredients-block&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300g button mushrooms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 red onion, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 cups vegetable broth (or meat or mushroom broth)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon ground white pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 green onions, thinly sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fresh parsley or cilantro, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oil for cooking<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add a little oil. Saut\u00e9 the finely chopped red onion, crushed garlic, and grated ginger until they become soft and aromatic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the mushrooms and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes until they slightly soften.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour the vegetable broth (or other broth) into the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), sugar, and ground white pepper. Taste and season with salt according to your preference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When serving, garnish the soup with sliced green onions and fresh parsley or cilantro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Asian Mushroom Soup is ready to be enjoyed!
