According to this, we will have an article on brown mushrooms, one on white mushrooms and one on the so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/wondering-what-to-cook-for-christmas-delicious-vegetarian-dishes-with-oyster-mushrooms\/\">popular oyster mushrooms<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we have shown in the title of the present article, this one will have as the protagonist the white champignon, which will play the main role in our Christmas menu recommendation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">White champignon and oyster mushrooms are undisputedly the most popular cultivated mushrooms in the world. Both their cap and trunk can be consumed as well, and practically, they can be used in any recipe containing mushrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>White champignons are a winner when it comes to savory dishes<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, some people prefer brown champignons, saying that some growers spray white champignons with chemicals after picking them, so that they stay fresh and do not oxidize. We can not say for others, but in what concerns us, at Boglar Champ, the mushrooms are delicious, highly nutritional white champignons and are totally chemical-free, therefore no need to worry!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recommended Vegetarian Dishes for Christmas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Appetizer: fresh mushroom salad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Main Dish: vegan mushroom soup and vegetarian moussaka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dessert: cheese-mushroom pie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/fresh-mushroom-salad\/\">fresh mushroom salad<\/a> is not only excellent as a side dish, but also as an appetizer. It is made with white champignons, fresh lemon juice, parmesan and fresh parsley. The salad can be thrown together practically in just a few minutes!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a salad appetizer, a soup may lose its sense, but on a chilly winter\u2019s day it may gain more importance for it warms the heart and soul. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/vegan-mushroom-cream-soup\/\">mushroom soup<\/a> that we recommend for you today is a soup made with white and brown champignons<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it recharges and refreshes one, especially on cold winter days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/Z0FtNDeS7Kg&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a main dish, we recommend a more time-consuming, but festive dish: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/vegetarian-moussaka-with-mushrooms\/\">the moussaka<\/a>. Moussaka does not necessarily have to be a greasy, meaty dish: the same divine taste and an excellent texture can be achieved by preparing it with mushrooms, transforming it in a delicious, yet healthy, vegetarian dish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If your family is a meat-eater and can&#8217;t imagine the holidays without meaty dishes, we recommend: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boglarchamp.ro\/en\/milanese-stuffed-mushrooms\/\">milanese mushrooms<\/a>.
