Pour water over it, add the finely chopped tarragon, and boil it. For dumplings, mix the ingredients in a bowl, add as much flour as needed. Cut the dumplings with a spoon and add them to the hot soup. When serving, sprinkle the top of the soup with fresh herbs, for example lovage, parsley.
