The same divine taste and excellent texture can be achieved by preparing it with mushrooms, making it a delicious yet healthy vegetarian dish.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;ingredients-block&#8221;][vc_column_text]<b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg potatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 carrots<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">700 g champignon mushrooms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 red onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons breadcrumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 cloves garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a few tablespoons of tomato juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 handfuls dill<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 handful parsley\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 handfuls green onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<b>Instructions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash the potatoes and boil them whole, without peeling. Clean the carrots and boil them, wash the mushrooms, peel them and boil them cut into large pieces. Finely chop the red and green onions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweat the onion in a little oil and when it becomes golden brown, add the mushrooms and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato juice and flour mixed with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Leave everything on the heat for a few minutes and then set the pan aside. Finally, add the finely chopped greens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drain the carrots and boiled potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Cut the carrots into slices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and sprinkle some breadcrumbs in it. To assemble the moussaka, start with a layer of sliced potatoes, then the carrot slices, then spread the mushroom and onion mixture evenly.
