Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saut\u00e9 until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and the wine and saut\u00e9 everything over a low heat, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the flour, taking care not to make clogs, then the milk and the spices. Bring the milk to the boil and when it thickens add the cream.<\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a pan and add the salmon slices. Fry on both sides.
